From personal reflections to conceptual explorations, the exhibition reveals how “gathering” can speak to place, identity, and memory. Located in the heart of Kuranda on Coondoo Street, its gallery showcases a vibrant and ever-evolving collection of artworks created by local artists. From ceramics and painting to textiles, sculpture, and mixed media, the Co-operative celebrates the diversity of artistic expression found within the rainforest village. More than just a gallery, it serves as a nurturing space where artists are supported in developing their practice, exhibiting their work, and engaging in collaborative projects.
